All of my thanks go to my brother, new friend, superior, parents and God for creating a good mindset for me controlling my destiny. I’ve got no choice but to go on, because life is like riding a bicycle, once you stop, you’ll fall.

First, change your mind, don’t let the emotions get inside your mind, and take the full control of it!

Secondly, set your mind o your goal, then you’ll succeed!

Third, help other people to make a move like you!

Last, always study to the death, because, life will never enough for you and life will never enough for us!

Help others to be happy then you’ll also be happy.

Free Downloadable E-Books

While brainstorming and searching all over the Web to look for some journals that can be a plus for my thesis, I find this cool site, Free Book Spot!

A lot of good books have been found by its Admin and from any kind of online file storage. I also find that so many links are for pre-paid member only (sigh), maybe. Another obstacle is some kind of “IP error” messages or something like that.

So far so good, Free Book Spot is awesome! This site had helped me a lot!

Low-Fat Veggie Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 Chopped Onions
  • Fresh Mushrooms (as many as you want)
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • Fresh Broccoli Crowns (as many as you like)
  • 1 Can Old ElPaso No Fat Refried Beans
  • Low Fat Taco Shells

Directions:

Saute onions, mushrooms, green pepper and broccoli in olive
oil until onions are translucent and veggies soft (approx.
15 mins.). Add refried beans and continue to saute for an
additional 15 mins. stirring occasionally. When done, add
to taco shells (salt and pepper to taste, add a little
garlic powder if desired) and dig in.

Serves: 3

Preparation time: 30mins.

Barbeque Tofu

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (tub) firm or extra firm tofu
  • 1 jar of vegan BBQ sauce

Directions:

This recipe is fast and easy to prepare. It is good sliced and added
to veggies or put on vegan bread for lunches. It is a little spicey, so some
kids may not like it.

Prehead the oven to 300. Slice the tofu the long way to make slabs. Cover the bottom
of a jelly roll pan with 1/4 inch of sauce. Put the tofu on top. Cover
the tofu with sauce. Just make sure the tofu is covered, you don’t have
to drown it. Put it in the oven and cook for about 2 hours. If
you like your tofu very firm, cook longer. Check every now and then
to make sure nothing is burning. I’ve never had a problem with that, but
but ovens are all different.

Serves: 4

Preparation time: 2 hours.

French Toast Tofu Sticks

Ingredients:

  • 1 block firm tofu
  • whole wheat flour
  • whole grain flakes cereal (your favorite boxed breakfast variety)
  • olive oil
  • molasses
  • soy sauce

Directions:

Press and drain the tofu. Slice into “sticks.” Sprinkle
tofu with soy sauce; let it soak in.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Crush the cereal flakes
and mix with whole wheat flour. Coat the tofu sticks with
the flakes/flour and pan fry on each side 2 minutes.

Dip in molasses and it takes like French toast. The kids
love it!

Serves: 2-3

Preparation time: 15 min.

What is Vegan?

Vegan is just another way to show your love to animal, people and the world. How about it? Good stuff, I say, right? Vegan is a type of vegetarian diet that excludes meats, of  course, eggs and dairy products. Many vegans also do not eat foods that are processed using animal products, such as refined white sugar and some wines. Most vegans also avoid the use of all products tested on animals, as well as animal-derived non-food products, such as leather, fur and wool.
Vegan refers to either a person who follows this way of eating, or to the diet itself.

So, how can you become a vegan?

Some people easily go from eating meats to vegan right away, while others struggle with their new commitment, or choose to go vegetarian first and then slowly omit eggs and dairy. There’s no right or wrong way to do it, but you may want to learn about what’s worked for other people. However you do it, keep your goals in mind and remember why you are choosing to adopt a vegan diet.

Try not to look at many delicious meat-based goodies, meat-based snacks, etc. “Looking” will make you want to do anything you could with that meat-bases junkies.

Second, try not to think, because “thinking” is powerful way to do a lot of activities including eating meats in your own mind. So, when you think, you might want to find the realization of your meat-eating dreams.

Third, find another way to avoid the chance of eating meats, eggs, or dairy products. While avoiding, find a powerful reasonable reason that make you free from that chance.

Last, eat VEGAN FOODS, dumb dumb..

First of all…

Just like another post about something that you don’t want to know. It’s about vegetarian. VEGETARIAN! What do you think about that “annoying” word? In every single person’s mind, it’s like some kind of disaster, chaos or HELL of falling fruits and vegetables! Vegetarian or I like to say it in another word: Vegan. Vegetarian is a lifestyle that anyone can be a part of it. A lifestyle that can make everyone “happy” and HEALTHY, of course! So, reader, blogger and whoever you are, behold the mightiest blog in my house only! VEGE-FUN!
